Company profile

International steel tubes JSC was established in 2021 with the object of activity production of steel electrowelded pipes and metal service. The equipment at our disposal positions us in the group of mini metallurgical plants, created to complement and enrich the capabilities of large metallurgical plants. Therefore, the company is the only one in the country and in the Balkans, possessing unique equipment:

• longitudinal cutting lines;
• pickling line for hot rolled metal;
• cold rolling mill;
• heat treatment furnaces;
• lines for the production of steel electrowelded (precision and structural) pipes and profiles;
• units for cutting pipes and profiles.

A factory laboratory is also available, enabling incoming control of the chemical composition of the delivered materials and continuous control of mechanical indicators - in the production process and of the final product.

Delivery and start-up of systems for automatic quality control of the weld seam - eddy current and ultrasonic systems, as well as a system for cleaning the inside of the weld seam, which will guarantee the highest quality standard of the products we produce, are forthcoming.

The mentioned capabilities make us unique in terms of equipment and technological capabilities and a natural market leader in the country and in the Balkans. This is the solid foundation with which we can satisfy the requirements of even the most demanding customers, and also offer customized solutions, making possible the execution of orders from small lots, with the possibility of set properties and indicators, realizing them in a short time- services that are impossible to implement by large metallurgical plants and conventional pipe manufacturers using standard semi-finished thicknesses.

The finished product is according to EN 10305 – 3 and EN 10305 – 5

Mission

The company aims to continuously maintain a high quality of products and services provided to the market, combined with the renewal of technologies and equipment to maximally satisfy the requirements of our customers. Our medium-term development program includes the introduction of novelties in the industry, which will significantly expand our product range.

And last but not least - we are ambitious to be a leader in the transition to green and ecological production, becoming one of the first companies with 100% green energy consumption for the company's needs. The project is in progress.
