Production capabilities

The wide range of products we offer unites and enriches the capabilities of metallurgical finishing productions with those of the standard metal service, providing flexibility in the production of small /according to the understanding of the metallurgical plants/ special batches of products, while ensuring the necessary precision, speed and competitiveness in quality ratio and parameters. Here are the possibilities you get by becoming our client:

• Free choice of the thickness of the manufactured pipes and profiles – unlimited in the range 0.5 – 2.0 – 3.0mm, with an accuracy of +/- 0.05mm, due to the presence of a rolling mill with high accuracy of the thickness of the rolled product. This possibility is unattainable for all other pipe manufacturers who use sheet metal on a roll from the metallurgical industries and which are in a very limited assortment, with several fixed thicknesses.
• Metal strips in a wide assortment in terms of metal type, thickness - including non-standard thickness according to the customer's request, with high precision,  quality surface and set length of the roll, with mechanical parameters and plasticity according to the customer's requirements.
• Surface structure /smoothness of the pipe surface/ profiles according to the customer's wishes.

• Производство на продукти от специални марки стомани, mainly with increased mechanical indicators, which are becoming more and more sought after and applied in modern productions.

• Designing technology for manufacturing a product with parameters set by the customer, thanks to the presence of thermal furnaces for annealing the billet and a cold rolling mill.

• Control of chemical composition of steels, mechanical and plastic indicators of the finished product at each stage of the technological route during production in the company laboratory.

• Unlimited possibilities in terms of the source product used – hot rolled metal, etched metal, cold rolled metal.

• Possibility of a very short production cycle if necessary, as well as a choice of different production and technological schemes.

Production assortment

The range of products manufactured by us varies in the following ranges:

– Steels – from ordinary brands /E190; DD11; O8kp; / to low-alloy with increased mechanical indicators / E360; E420/.

– Thickness of pipes / profiles / strips - from 0.5 -2.0 - 4.0mm

– The pipes are manufactured in accordance with EN 10305-3 and EN 10305-5 standards.

– Welding:

• With a cleaned outer seam
• With cleaned outer and inner seam

– Package:

The standard packaging is in bundles weighing around 1000 kg

Any other specific requirements related to weight, shape, size and types of packaging can be requested during order negotiation.

– Cutting

At the request of the customer, it is possible to cross-cut the pipe to desired dimensions.
